TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PROMOTIONAL ACTIVITY
Terms and conditions for the 'Tour de Tomato 2020' promotional activity

These terms and conditions apply to the Tour de Tomato organised by Looye Kwekers, having its registered office in Naaldwijk, The Netherlands. 

o    By participating in this promotional activity, participants agree to these terms and conditions for participation;
o    The period for this promotional activity runs from 29 August through 20 September;
o    The participant shall be eligible to win one tomato-dot jersey (valued at €75.00);
o    The participant shall receive the jersey in the size he/she indicated; this jersey cannot be exchanged; 
o    There are 100 tomato-dot jerseys available to be won; 
o    To receive the prize per post, the participant will need to have completed all the entry fields correctly; 
o    The 100 tomato-dot jersey recipients will be chosen at random from among all the participants;
o    The drawing of lots to determine the winners will take place on 21 September;
o    The results of the drawing will be communicated to the winning participants by means of the email address that they indicated.
o    The prizes cannot be exchanged and are not redeemable for cash;
o    No correspondence will be entered into in respect of the results;
o    The personal data obtained for this promotional activity shall be used solely by Looye Kwekers for the purposes of this promotional activity and shall not be provided to third parties;
o    Questions or remarks concerning this promotional activity will be handled only when sent to: info@looye.com and mentioning ‘tomato-dot jersey 2020';
o    Looye Kwekers shall not be responsible for any damages of whatever nature arising from participation in this promotional activity;
o    Printing, spelling, typographic or similar errors cannot be invoked as grounds for any liability whatsoever on the part of Looye Kwekers;
o    In order to participate, participants younger than 18 should ask the permission of their parent(s) or legal guardians in advance;
o    Looye Kwekers reserves the right to make interim changes to this promotional activity and/or to terminate it before it is scheduled to begin;
o    By participating in this promotional activity, participants are obliged to obtain correct, up-to-date and complete information;
o    Prizes shall be presented only to sufficiently identifiable persons. 
o    Participants who do not satisfy these terms and conditions shall be excluded from participation.
