Crumble the feta. Cut the mint into wafer-thin strips and finely chop the parsley. Mix well and season with salt and pepper.
Cut the Looye Honeytomatoes crosswise from the top so that they open slightly. If necessary, remove some of the pulp with a small spoon. Fill the tomatoes with the feta-herb mixture and drizzle with olive oil.
